It more than likely is a camshaft seal that leaks and as it drips, it hits the tube (because the tube at one point is directly below the seal) then travels down and drips onto the floor.

I'd hate to say it, but its doing that on my car now... although not dripping out, but its damp.

Joe, Peter GT4 had pics on this some time ago showing how to correct. Check the Archives under keyword. Best thing you can do is remove the unit which protrudes down into the crank case. From my memory there is a "O" ring under the nut where it meets the case. It comes apart in several stages. You can also email Peter at [email protected]

Has anyone had this problem and solved it? It's dripping where the tube goes into the casing. I checked the nut at the base of the tube and it's tight.
