Im not sure if the MSD unit will work because of the two coils the Ferrari has. Someone once said to try a rev limiter for a old Mazda rotory engine car cuz they also had 2 distriburators and coils. Any thought or info on this would be appreciated. |

James, My 86 328GTS Euro had a rev limiter...built into the Digiplex ignition system. If memory serves me correctly, it worked just fine..and would "shut her down" a couple of hundred rpm past red line. MSD makes a separate stand-alone rev limiter module that I believe can be used with any ignition system. I do know that their ignition systems (6-AL, etc.) have any adjustable rev limiting feature built in. David |

I'm 99.9% sure it doesn't. Ferrari was never too big on them, think about it. Would Ferrari want a less maintenance prone car? I've heard the electronic ignitions have a settable rev limiter, obviously based on spark. I assume they work as they claimed. |

Does an 89 328 GTSI come with a rev limiter and if not, is there an aftermarket one that works |
