Well, further research reveals taht this is the electronic unit for the ABS...works fine when I have "tested" it so I guess the missing fuse is out for a reason.

Under the hood, there is a cover over the passenber wheel well that covers some sort of unit with 4 fuses on it. They are in a line and read 30, 30, 3 and in the case of my car, missing.
A) Can anyone confirm that the fourth one (closest to the headlights) should be open? If not, what fuse should be in there?
B) Can anyone tell me what this is? I can't seem to find it in my out of date wiring/parts manuals so I am thinking it is probably for the adjustable suspension which was only on later model cars.
