I had a Fram PH2801 collapse once. My fault, I ran the engine at too high a rate before the oil sufficiently warmed up. Shortly after that my oil cooler began leaking. No problems since.

We just had a failure of a purflux oil filter, on
one of our F-355 challange cars. The filter collapsed, causing the engine to have zero oil psi. Has anyone else had this problem ?
