Mike,
I have 1985 308 GTS USA and the following was what the State of California provided as emissions figures. I can't speak for the Euro model if there are any differences.
At 2500 RPM the "Maximum Allowable Emissions" are as follows; HC(ppm):150, CO(%):1.20. At IDLE RPM the "Maximum Allowable Emissions" are as follows; HC(ppm):120, CO(%):1.00. There are no values listed for C02(%) and 02(%) for either RPM test.

Can someone please give me the California emission figures for a 1985 308 Euro? HCCA/smog
