Mine doesn't change, lights or no lights. You can always trust Veglia gauges.... And Ferrari eletrical systems.... |

My TR does the same thing as Bret's car. Another true Ferrari test. |

When I turn on my lights both temp and oil pres go up about 10. Crazy Italians. |

Did you say that when you turn on your lights the temp jumps up? My temp goes down and the oil press goes up when I turn on my lights. Not much but a little bit. Must be some voltage leakage through the gauges as all the grounds are good on my car. Just another quirk. |

I also think everything is ok ... because the car does not act hot. No bubbling or gurrgeling, no smells of hot car. I noticed as well when I turn the light on the temperature jumps up 10 degrees. But an extra fan can't hurt .... right |

It could be that everything is OK but the temeprature gauge is reading high |

It could be that two fans are used for export to other areas of the world that have hotter climates and the harness is not used for the country that the car was sent to. |

Ya, that is what I am gonna due ... It is not hot here yet and I am already running 95C, maybe adding another fan will be a good idea for the upcoming Georgia summer months. I notice that the ac coolers on these cars seem to be in a diferent place. And I believe they have thier own seperate fan ... under the front end or something. |

Rick, You got me. If I were you I would take advantage of the extra harness and install another fan. |

I do have ac, but the belt is off (not sure why). There does not appear to be any brackets for a additional fan. The car always seems to run warm as well, usually just below the 100C mark. |

Does your car have AC ? The euro cars without AC have only one fan I believe ? |

Rick, The question hasn't been asked yet but is there additional mounting brackets, frame, for another fan located in the same area of the existing fan? Since the harness has the connectors I can't imagine another fan being a option. |

I have an 86 3.2 and it has two, I thought two was normal for QV's and 3.2 but don't know for sure. Any qv owners have 2? |

I notice that my car was running warm today ... the temperature indicator was smack on 100C. That is a bit warmer than normal. I looked to see if my rad fan came on ... it did. I notice extra wires, and pluged them into a spare rad fan I had in the garage. It came on when the other fan cam on. Why is there extra electical hook ups. |
