Frank, I'm glad it worked out for you but from your posts you of all people should know that they were going to write you off until they found out you were a attorney. Why would you deal with them again? I guess now they know you are a attorney and can defend yourself without expensive legal representation whereas the average guy has to pay and it may not be worth it to fight them. Who needs to have to fight like that for something that is due them? |

As a man of my word I am happy to report that I have received a check from Ferrari of New England for the amount we agreed upon. While it did take longer than I had hoped, in the end FoNE was fair and paid a reasonable amount for the dispute we had regarding my 348 Spider. That being said, I would not now hestitate to buy another Ferrari from FoNE knowing that they will make good any problem which could come up with such a purchase. |
