I've wondered this too, and I'm looking for anyone who is willing to try out one at a special cost (determined upon availability and model). MG Racing - the company I am now working with, is one of the authorized distributors for Hamann products. If you are interested, please let me know - they have kits from the 512TR up to the current 360.

Some say a 15-35hp increase, which should be noticable, but dyno charts would need to prove it.

It has been my experience that chips do very little on a naturally aspirated car.
In order to get more power out of an engine, you basically have to increase 2 things, fuel and air. The chips can raise the amount of fuel but where does the air come from??

However, things are much different on a turbo car. THe chips can then regulate the wastegate, allowing more air and can also increase the fuel to compensate.

I am sure the money is better spent on an exhaust or intake.

Just my 2 cents

Hey all just wanted to pose a question to you all on if you have ever used or looked into getting a performance chip for your ferrari. I have purchased them before for other cars but never for a ferrari. Just wanted to check the knowledge base out there and see what some people experience was with them. Any feed back is greatly appreciated

John
