I am with Bill on this one. I would like a little more stopping power on my 308? Any ideas would be appreciated. |

Eric, Are there any replacement/upgrade brake options for the 308 series? |

My 360 has Brembo brakes... are they the same as the 993 Turbo brakes? Or at least the same pad as the 993 Turbo? (Its hard to know what to tell the race pad mfgers like Carbotech or Porterfield.) Is there any good way to reduce the incessant squealing when you have race pads in them? I know race pads always squeal, but these squeal a bit (like a cricket) when just driving along with no brake pressure. I'm told that's because the brake calipers have no spring to pull the pads off the rotors... so they constantly rub a bit. Sound right? Should I be able to use Castrol SRF fluid in the brake system? I boiled the standard Ferrari-spec'd fluid last time out and am desperately trying to figure out what I can put in that has higher boiling point. I've heard you have some race rotors for the 360... lighter and higher heat resistance. Do you have specs? Thanks, Brian

I am a road test and design engineer with Brembo North America. I am ready to answer any braking questions that I can. |
