Kevin -- Ferrarijoe is right on track about George Evans. I recently purchased a set of window motors from him. He knows Italian exotics, was very helpful (e-mailed photos w/ directions, etc.), and provided prompt shipping. Would certainly do business with him in the future without reservation. |

Kevin, If the seller is who I think it is (G.Evans) it's the real deal. George Evans frequently sells parts on eBay at good prices because he buys bulk and direct from Sergio in Italy on Ferrari factory parts. He has bulk wire and connectors on hand from Magneti-Morelli and builds his own wire sets. He also buys direct from Sachs, Borg and Beck for clutch kits. He is a great guy to boot. Hope this helps, Joe

I've been checking out Parts for my 328GTS on E-Bay and I amazed at the prices. For instance the Clutch kits for the 328/308's are half of what everyone else wants. Plug wires seem to be a good deal as well. What's the story? Are some of these parts rebuilt (though advertised as new)? Anybody have experience with E-Bay parts? Kevin M '87 328GTS Saratoga NY |
