Get your hack-saw out...seriously. Or a pipe-cutter, if it doesn't hit the muffler or brackets. A well equiped home shop would have a compressor with a die-grinder and a cut-off wheel. Those tips usually have a slip-fit with a pinch-bolt to secure it to the muffler pipe. Clean the burr left on the pipe after cutting, I don't know how many times at work I've cut my hands on pipes whose edges were not cleaned up by the last guy. My hands look terrible! I can't personally suggest which brand. Go to your local auto parts store and see if you recognise a brand name. Does Borla just make tips? |

I have heard some of you guys talk of exhaust tips giving the exaust a better sound. What kind or brand of extensions do you recommend and how do you install them on a 308 GTS as the orig. ones are welded on? MAGOO |
