Thanks for the diagnosis. It does not sound too good. The pain is anoying but not debilitating so I guess I will give it some more time and see what happens. Working on the spine gives me visions of paralysis or worse.

probably popped a disc at c5 or c6 or c7. usually, if there aren't severe motor[not as in ferrari type motor]/sensory defecits, the disc will dessicate[dry out slightly and shrink] and your symptoms usually stabilize as yours did. Good idea to confirm all of this with a M.R.I.

I don't know anything about performance tires, but I have this pain in my neck/ shoulder area that happened about a year and a half ago when I reached over with my right arm to grab mt seat belt in my 308. Something seemed to pop and the pain was intense. It still hurts to this day and especially when I sneeze. Any ideas? It seems to have reached a plateau and gets no better.

my '90 mondiale T cab. was lots of fun on the track at Pocono. I just installed a roll bar so I can track it at the Glen and Lime rock. I've used the stock wheels and Pirelli P zeros which are great but most say I should get a set of new/used wheels for he track.Which ones do you suggest and what type of tires... slicks or hybrids? Should I use my stock 16" wheels with slicks for the track and get new 17" or 18" wheels and P zeros for the street? The racing harnesses make a HUGE difference on the track.
