Bob, I would not know what to do if I could not jump into my Ferrari and go whenever. But of course I live in Florida, maybe you should move down here....more time to enjoy the ride...I took mine out today for a spin. It is in the low 70's, perfect cruising weather. |

60 degrees near Chicago today, finally set the carbs and timing. Rebuilt the carbs over the winter what a big difference, very little blowback even when cold reponse much better also. Timing was set by the past owner at 6 btdc 24 total advance, I bumped it to 16 and 34 total, almost like a different car, looked a little strange driving without the engine cover on but at least I got to drive it in Feb. Back to winter again by Wed. 20 degrees but one day closer to spring. |
