Larry, You are looking at about $10K-15K for U.S. modifications. The amount depends on what is needed and if the car will be California smog legal, if it does need the California stuff you can tack on about another $2,500 to the cost. Could anyone out there in Ferrarichat land tell me or direct me to a source identifying the difference between a Swiss and US model 512 TR? I am an American who currently lives in Germany working for a US firm, It is my understanding that as a non resident in the US, I can import the car for a year then must export it, just want to know how difficult it would be to modify it to US standards.
