This is why I really appreciate this site. Great answers from folks who know. I had no idea that there was a drain hole in the factory muffler. Thank you both. |

Thatis why they cleverly put a drain hole in the factory mufflers. |

Just condensation. One of the byproducts of catalyzed combustion is water. Especially if it is cool out, it comes out as steam, and then condenses. Gravity takes effect, and it puddles! |

Any one have any thoughts on why my car leaves a six inch puddle of water under the exhaust during warm up? The car runs great, no problems. Possible exhaust leak? Thanks for your thoughts. |
