He knows alot about 348's. The rheostat is not a major cost item, I would estimate about $50 for a new one and you can replace that yourself in minutes. |

The rheostat for the illumination of instruments and controls does not work any more. I cannot dim the light of the optical displays of my 348tb (1990). Does anybody know the exact manufacturer and the part number of the dimmer? How can it be replaced?
The light of the luggage compartment does not work as well though I have replaced the tubular 5W lights. All other lights work perfectly. Any comments on that?
Hope someone can help me. When not I guess I have to make another visit at my local dealer since there is nobody I could ask instead. |
