Jorma, I was over at a Ferrari shop this week and watch the owner do the resistance test. The best way to contact him is by e-mail [email protected] His name is Mark Spencer out of Campbell Ca. He'll have all your answer. |

Can some 1 tell me what should the resistance in ohm be on 308 GTSi. The engine worked only with 4 cylinders, 1234 or 5678. I could decide which one, but not all 8 together. The plug wires were with low resistance, 0.3 ohm. I took one wire from my race car and noticed that it was 35 K ohm. Then I placed 40 cm of that in front of both coil wires and there was live in my engine. The previous owner must have towed the car to the car selling company because there is no way that the car has been driven with those plug wires. Lucky me, the car was not expencive.Right, I did by the car with not working engine. Three weeks work and 1000$, not bad? ( one valve and 16 valve guides) |
