BTW, the Speedo on my 85 TR Euro is about 10 MPH slow, ie when it reports 50 mph I am actually travelling at 60 mph (checked with a handheld GPS).

Anyone have any idea on how to adjust it, if that is even possibe?

If not, I will just remember to only drive 5 mph over the posted speed limit most of the time (so in actualality I am only speeding 15mph - any higher and I can't take the boring driver improvement classes to remove the points).

Good article in the April Car and Driver (pg108) on why Euro specs force signicantly high reading speedos. Expains a lot why my 512TR speedo reads 7-9% high.
