I used standard foam backed headliner material from the fabric store. I think it looks nice. it keeps the car a little cooler too. |

The deck and headliner in my 308 are covered in the exact same leather as my seats, doors and center console. If you opted for black leather for the rear deck and headliner, it would probably look OK, albeit non-OEM. |

I've been considering replacing the headliner/deck material on my '80 308, I'm just not sold on the idea of replacing it with that cross stitched cloth that was originally installed. I've seen Ric Rainbolts site and his leather headliner/deck on his 308 looks good with the beige interior. However my car is red/black and I'm not sure if that beige headliner/deck would work with the black interior. So I'm looking for suggestions/photos on materials other have used. |
