You can go to NAPA and look thru their hose book and pick out the curved hose piece from there. Also the 45 degree hose can be had from NAPA from the head to the tee. NAPA #8175 is the proper fit. |

Paul,
The hose with the bend at the upper radiator....I actually sourced that from Ferrari. It alone cost more than the rest of the big hoses (i.e.-not including heater hoses). I believe that one hose was in excess of $40.
I think the 2V injected and carbed cars also have a molded hose right on top of the engine. The QV (at least mine) doesn't.

Matt, what did you use for the 90 degree curved radiator hose? Green Stripe too?

I highly recommend the Gates Green Stripe II hose. That's what I used in my 308. For the big hoses sections (non-molded, but straight pieces), one 3' stick was just a little more than enough for my 308.

Gents/Ladies...
I've got a semi-local Gates Industrial warehouse who I've worked with in the past, and again now, who can provide sections and lengths of the Green Stripe hoses that are great replacements for the OE hoses on our F-cars. They also can provide the Polyflex belts...
Ten years ago, I changed all the hoses on my BB to the Gates hoses...and haven't had a single leak. As part of my maintenance this time around, I'm replacing them all again, as the engine is out of the car...
If anyone is interested, I puchased a 50' roll of Green Stripe 5/8" heater hose. As I only need about 12' or so for the BB...I've got enough left to do a few 308's, etc.
Other than the heater hose, all of the sizes used on the F-cars are available in 3 foot lengths, and can be cut to length. Drop me a note on my personal e-mail (in my profile) if you'd like to stock-up on these products.
