Just about every manufacturer has exclusive agreements with their dealers. They CAN'T sell thru alternate sources. In the General Motors Dealer Franchise Agreement, it states that GM can ONLY sell to it's dealers, the US government, and the Red Cross. I've never figured out that last one.

State governments and all the big fleets and rental car cos have to go thru a dealer.

I don't know. Can anyone really believe that those high end manufacturers are desperate to dump cancelled orders at the end of the year for a much cheaper price? Especially when it comes to the Ferraris, why would this place get preferential treatment because they sell on volume? Look at the waiting lists no matter which dealer you visit.

I say proceed with caution.

yea thats what i think, but then i read that the reason why thier prices are so low is because..
"The answer is simple, Maniskor Auto World in combination with the rest of the Maniskor family and partnerships - purchase and order more vehicles direct through the manufacturers then ANY other automotive network in the world. On an average month we sell approx 300 vehicles around the world while your local dealership is only selling a few a month. We are therefore offered much lower prices direct through the manufacturer then you local dealership, which also tend to purchase vehicles through a broker and thus charged additional fees.
In addition we are allowed to purchase order cancellations and end of the year vehicles through the manufacture at incredibly reduced rates, which are then pass on to you - our customer."
so i dont know if its right or not
