I consider those ferrari's to be in a line of haritage, not a retro, but a continuing line. does that make sense? The mustang evolved then went backwards in design, A little retro design is O.K. but when the whole car is a copy that is strange. For example the bug is NOT retro because it never evolved and then went backwards, the thunderbird is a retro. Hope I got my ideal across.

then again Joseph, architects have been rehashing ancient designs for 1,000s of years. Look at Art Deco, it was a retro version of Ancient Egyptian Art, you could call it Neo Egyptian or Neo Pharaonic, then you have Washington DC which is all copied from the Greeks & Romans.

of course we shouldnt forget Ferraris retro cars the 550 & 575 come from the Daytona & the 360 comes from the 250LM

I think all these retro cars are going to be strange when there 30 or 40 years old. Will they be a copy of a classic or a classic copy of a classic. To weird. They seem cool now but they could turn old hat fast, then what are you stuck with "a poser of a older car"

I think it has good potential. Main reason - they are finally dumping the fox body chassis which was used for everything including the Ford Fairmont.

The new chassis, motor and suspension is already proven and being borrowed from other Ford cars.

A year after the new launch... the next Cobra.

I saw something cool on the way to work this morning (Dallas area), a Shelby GT500. It was sitting on a trailer behind a pickup truck, rolling down the highway. Looked pretty clean.

I had a 99 Cobra, and that car was a BLAST.

I wasn't nearly as fun, though, as my 93 Mustang LX 5.0, in which I had dumped around 6k for engine, cooling, and drivetrain modification.

One seriously f*cking fast and scary car.

It's technically the "Mustang 1 Concept", but supposedly the 2005 Mustang will retain 90% of what you see here.

Will, call Pat Cianci at Morristown BMW (973)455-0700x222, tell him Kenny sent you and talk to him about Ferraris, I bet he will give you a nice deal. He used to work at a restoration shop in italy and used to have a 365bb

93 512TR
92 512TR racer
Chevy Tahoe
International Harvester 4700 TowMaster

Coupe looks good. I was surprised. The convertible needs to loose that basket handle, though.
