Dan, first of all, it's nice to know you're alright... even at slow speeds, little bumps like that can give you neck pain and such- sometimes not for a few days later...

Secondly, i'm glad to hear that your Ferrari is ok, too... that's important...! i think it's nice that you didn't bust the guys chops- some people, even if no damage has been rendered, will raise holy hell for something like that... i've never bumped into anyone, but a guy did bump into me, once, while i was driving a rental... The scratch was barely noticeable, so i said no harm done, got into the car and we parted...

I was making a part run the other day in the 308 and I pulled up at a red light on a four lane road. I noticed a cavalier (I think) pulled up behind me with a man, a woman and a couple of kids in it. the man (whom was driving) and the woman were both messing with the kids in the back. I went back to what ever had my attention and was waiting for the light to change when I felt a very light "bump". I glanced up in the rear view mirror to see two bug eyed people with a look of terror on their faces. he had rolled into me. I jumped out of the Ferrari (because now of course the light turns green) and went to the back of the car as he got out to see what he had done. I looked at the rear to see that his bumper had matched perfectly with mine and did no damage at all and said "It didn't hurt it, don't worry about it" to which he replied " it's okay, okay..." and we left. But I couldn't help think of the blessing out he was getting from his wife for "not paying attention" and "that's all they needed was to pay for some high priced car...blah blah blah". The look on their faces in the mirror was priceless! No harm was done to the car, they hit me MAYBE doing 1 mile an hour. I was more so worried about a broken tail light lens or something like that.
