Monday through Friday, i'm in the office, but step out for about an hour and come back with a sandwich... If you're not already aware, DES likes to eat and i'll usually eat the same thing for lunch everyday, for weeks, sometimes even months at a time... Lately (read: for most of this year), i've been into my favorite sandwich of all time, since i finally found a deli that can consistently make it right... Ham, salami (Genoa) & provalone with oil, vinegar and tomato, on a hero... Other yummy combinations include veal cutlet parmegan heroes, bologna & cheese heroes (with mayo and tomato only) and the rare turkey with american cheese, mayo, oil and vinegar, tomato on a hero (with lettuce, but only if the hero is toasted)... What are your favorite lunch sandwiches...?
