yes, i think u hit the nail on the head. those billions in saddam debt will not be paid, sorry jacques(ass). i hear there are numerous legal teams on the case as we speak trying to make the case stick, but i doubt it will stick, even using 'french law' ! but we can probably rely on art to show us the error of our ways...... |

With any luck a stray scud will hit their building. Hell maybe even a US missle. Let's see........whopps we accidently got the coordinates wrong....damn! What is the meeting for? Working out a plan to kiss our asses to get some of their money back. Forget it! Like I said we will honor all contracts the Germans, Russians, and French made with Iraq when Saddam was in power by sending them boat loads of worthless Iraqi Dinars (right after we dollarize their economy). I can see Chirac now "..... But President Bush those Dinars you sent us are as worthless as the paper they are printed on!" Colin Powell, "....well yes they are President Chirac.... same as those Nato Charters you signed BEING AS WORTHLESS AS THE PAPER IT'S PRINTED ON!

Secretary General Kofi Annan are to join Russian leader Vladimir Putin and German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder at talks this weekend in St Petersburg, the Kremlin said. France, Geramny and Russia formed the backbone of opposition to the U.S. military campaign in Iraq, calling instead for diplomatic efforts through the United Nations to ensure Baghdad was free of banned arms.
