yeh, the forms are probably available, but there is a transaction cost to ••••••• it up; ie if you don't get it right, get it to the right clerk, dot the "i's" correctly, you could make a career out of it. I learned early on, particularly with the state system, that the clerks wield the real power. knowing the ropes is worth money. dunno if that guy is any good, but somebody that does this regularly should make it go smoothly; that's what you pay for. | ||

Des, I beleive the cost isn't that much atleast in MN it wasn't that much when our family started to change back to our original Italian name. THe cost was around a hundred bucks and you needed to go to court in front of a judge stating that you are not doing this to get away from anything legally or illegally. And you need 2 witnesses I think. | ||

LOL, William, i already have a name picked out...! You guys are killing me, here - do you really think i would change my name to Goggles Pizano or Diablo...? LMAO...! i just need to know what's involved in making it happen... No, Will, no problems with girls or the IRS (although, my account called me on Friday and said i owed $800- we talked for a few minutes, now i owe $1  ), but even if i did have a problem with the IRS, they go by SSN, not name-  William, you said you needed to, what does the process entail...?
