We will have a lunar eclipse tonight at 11:14pm in Miami. Quite a spectacle. I will be at the beach with a blanket and some food to watch. Starts at 9:50 and goes for about 3 h but at 11:14 will peak!

Randall, it was a beautiful evening here last night, too, except for all the Mexican smoke here. Supposed to be a total lunar eclipse tonight across N. America! Not sure about Hawaii... |

When I got off work tonight I couldn't help but notice the full moon and clear sky. I picked up my car and went for about a 2 hour drive, out past the blowhole and up to the North Shore. It still feels like I just bought it. I even had the satisfaction of racing a mid-80's vette, which is either slower or had a light footed driver. If I only got one night of driving a month like tonight, it would still make the payment completely worthwhile. |
