I am planning on getting the "Classic Drivers Club" up and running here in the Atlanta region in the immediate future. Here is the concept:

I am looking to expand the website and get a chat board (much like ferrarichat except for all old cars and focusing on club support for the Atlanta area) running.
My website is currently hosted at Geocities and I throw it together with an idiot proof web design utility they offer. ITs crude, but easy. However, I doubt they will work for hosting teh chat board.
I figuring that Rob is a smart guy and Discus Pro is the best chat board software. It at least appears to be price friendly.
Anyone know of a good hosting source? What concerns should I have? Is there a better software for web design that a non- web designer can use?
