There were several big lawsuits brought against tobacco in Florida and they all lost. Then the legislature changed the evidence rules so they were more favorable towards the Plaintiffs in tobacco cases. The kicker is the State of Florida used to manufacture cigarettes until the 80's.

Good for them. I am so tired of people not being held accountable for their own actions. Just waiting for a class action suit against the US Gov't for allowing cocaine to be illegally imported and then getting addicted to it...... |

Ah, well, I was busy this morning, Erich. But thanks for posting it. SANITY PREVAILS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! Perhaps, when each & every cigarette pack says "This shitte will kill you & your unborn baby" on the side, people will begin to take some responsibility for their own stupid lifestyle choices...
