DB, I'll probably wait to get it in some good company and snap a whole bunch of pics. I'll be taking it to the next (not this coming sunday) Bay Area FChat meeting. I'm still trying to get acquainted with the navigation system. I'm a low tech guy when it comes to cars. I don't particularly like this stuff, but I got lost one too many times in my other car. It's sounds like a clutch slip when the driver gets on the gas coming out of a turn. |

I've also found that sound bytes barely capture the true sound of a car in person. Most of these file formats are compressed and pure rubbish. The sounds from the separate sound byte section sounds a lot more aggressive than the video of the car on the track. Either way, I like it. Cheers |

They're all spoken for, aren't they? I love the way it looks. This would be a sweet ride. The MSRP is also MUCH lower than the Enzo's, isn't it? They're two cars in two different classes. Thanks for the link! Cheers |

http://www2.us.porsche.com/english/usa/carreragt/modelinformation/experience/weissach/default.htm surely this thing is no match for the Enzo, but if i had an F50, i'd be getting a little nervous. The video is really cool, its interactive. It shows you the gear the car is in, you can select 4 different views, and you can chose between exhaust sound (what you would hear from behind the car i assume) and engine noise (form inside the car i assume). It would be nice if it showed RPM, Speed and Gforce, like the telemetry they used to show on NBC for the American Lemans series. |
