It's a cover of a Nine Inch Nails song. Without a doubt one of the coolest videos of all time. If you're looking for another perspective, consider that Trent Reznor, the uber-creepy guy from Nine Inch Nails who wrote the song and sung it originally, called it the most depressing video he's ever seen.
