Is there any history of countersuits by people against those for making a mockery, joke, and overall embarrassing situation in the justice system, which by the way was created for OUR benefit in the first place but is being used as a scapegoat for others insecurities, weaknesses, greed, and need for attention? Has anyone ever sued for "taking advantage of a situation?" The US courts system for the MOST part is for OUR(read:people) benefit. Overseas in some places they still "remove" your hand for stealing and dont feed you in prison. Hey, if you are worth a •••• at all someone will bring you food, right? I'd love to talk to a Judge about this stuff and find out how they feel about 40% of their day being about BS of someone who wants something they aren't entitled to, don't deserve, havn't worked for and dont even need. Some suits I understand of course and some are made to teach a lesson but seomthing has to stop these people. So THEY will be taught a lesson ....punitive damages on punitive damages. Legal system suing the citizen (or non-citizen in Cali)...Man that state has some issues...but I still love it  Even going to court to plea down a ticket, or deny it. You were obviously going 20 over....go fess up! In some states they throw some out anyway, and often times the cop will let you off too...Gives me a headache. I like to be given a break too, but many people are living in paranoia that someone "less fortunate" or "greedier" is lurking around the corner plotting to take thier "kill" but now its much easier and you can do it in plain site because it can be legal, and if you interfere or guard your own lifes work YOUR ass we be in trouble. Neigbor got heavily vandalized. Asked the cop if he used a bat on the guy what would have happended. He was trespassing you know. .Cop said you would not only have broken windows and vehicles, but would be in jail too....and maybe get sued as well...Might as well just lay down and let all the leaches and bottom feeders take you. I still believe in hard work, perseverance, dedication, sacrifice, and kindness with honesty....guess I'll be the next animal exibit in the Smithsonin as extinct. |
