The Z handled very well, but had no high-end torque. After 4,500 rpms, you need to downshift to get any real acceleration.
The C5 was a beast. Loved the car, tons, I mean tons, of power. Hit the gas in 3rd at about 5,500 rpms and TOOK OFF!! Handled well, got into and out of a fish tail easily without a hint of loss of control.
Now, if only I could find someone who would let me test drive a Ferrari, I'd know if I really want one or not.
I plan on looking into an Esprit if I can find one, the RX8 when it comes out, and a Porsche 911 (any suggestions on model years to look at?).
