One of my townhouses will be coming up for rent in a few months. With explosive growth in our little N.CAL town, I thought I may furnish the property and provide daily maid service as 'Corporate Housing'. Just seeing if anyone has tried this. There are a great deal of doctors and other professionals moving to the area either temporarily or they just need a place until their custom home is complete. |
