JPM-
My thoughts exactly. I wish a reward would be put out for them, as of now there's no motivation to turn the stuff over (if it exists). And the black market value for those items has to be pretty high.

Over 25,000 liters of anthrax -- enough doses to kill several million people ... more than 38,000 liters of botulinum toxin -- enough to subject millions of people to death by respiratory failure ... as much as 500 tons of sarin, mustard and VX nerve agent....

If they exist, I sure as hell hope they find them.

Good points, Jim. I think Saddam had 6 months' of warning that we would likely invade, and he hid a bunch & moved some to Syria. Remember, Iraq is bigger than California. It will take our guys quite a while to search every cave, farmhouse, henhouse, whorehouse, & outhouse in that huge country for Saddam's stockpile. Also remember that, prior to the war, Saddam hired some former Serbian militants to help him with camouflage. These guys are the best in the world. They hid all of the Serbian army's assets IN PLAIN SIGHT, so our guys never found them in satellite photos, even though ground intel told us they were out in the open. And thus, all of Bill Clinton's bombardments (also unauthorized by the UN--a point hypocritically ignored by the current Bush haters) hardly damaged any Serb war-making infrastructure...but they sure pulverized what was left of the country.

I am a republican and from Texas. I feel Saddam was up to no good and did need be ousted. However, it troubles me that we may have blasted him over subjective evidence. I really thought we would find WMD's by now. Sure he could have moved them, hidden them, burried them, destroyed them, but I really thought we would find a stockpile somewhere by now.

Does this set a bad precedence for future attacks meaning we strike at will or do we look like bullies? Also, do we wait until someone does attack before we care?
