How bout joining a tennis league! The USTA has them in almost every city in the country. I play in a sunday league myself and so does my wife. It is a lot of fun. They even have leagues for single people to get together and play mixed doubles. It does not matter what level you play either. They have leagues from beginner to expert. All you need to do is get a USTA membership, and They will direct you to the nearest league captain in your area. | ||

Go eat out. Pick a different out of the way "mom and pap" style place. Or go to your local tourist info place and see what there is to do. People tend not to do the "touristy" things around them. And there's always going for drive. Can't go wrong there. | ||

Here is the way my weekend goes. It starts off with Friday when I get home from school and I plan out all the fun activities and things I want to accomplish that weekend. That night I relax, watch TV, read this site, and overall just be unproductive...Saturday comes and I wake up late and end up wasting the day to more unproductive activities...Sunday comes and I spend the day wishing I would have done some more fun and interesting things instead of just sit around and starting about mid-day Sunday I start worrying about homework and school the next day. What an ugly trend  | ||

You're asking people who are _here_ on a Sunday night?!? ;^) Actually, I'm just filling 20 minutes between "Manchild" on BBC America and the Acropolis Rally (WRC) on Speed Channel. ;^) (The problem with the 'burbs is that there isn't a life to get. They roll up the sidewalks at ... but then, everybody walks on the road anyway.) | ||
