I don't personally think that have much/any upside potential in 24-36 mos, except for any market-wide wave they ride that brings everyone up... but as a seperate company, Sun has been declining BIG TIME for a while, and I do not expect any kind of rebound. |

Tony, if you sell it & then buy it back, you MUST wait 30 days. This is called the wash rule. That said, I believe someone will buy Sun. There were rumors to this effect a few weeks ago, and I had bought some right before that at around $3.80. I am holding, since I believe Sun is undervalued, and is relatively cheap for an acquirer. The only question is "who": there would be some anti-trust issues with the usual suspects (Dell, IBM, HP), but not with some unlikely ones (Oracle? CA??). IMO, of course... |

I am holding 1000 shares. My broker say's I should either sell the stock and buy it back at a cheaper price or sell it and take a tax loss. Do you think the stock has any upside potential in the next 24 to 36 month's? |
