BTW. .emails and other internet communications are protected by the same laws as phone conversations. Breaching the private files of an IP to retrieve personal data about a user is actually a federal issue. It was not only addressed in several suits where business data was stolen by coming into a persons computer through the web but also in several "stalking" cases where the suspect was using the internet to find data about his prey. I agree with this privacy.. how would any of you feel if your data was ferreted out.. it's called freedom of speech | ||

AS I stated before...Be careful. AOL lost a suit over just such an issue. One user posted personal info about another user in a chat and both the poster and AOL got sued. Both lost. You do have an expectation of Privacy online in reguards to personal data. An internet provider cannot release personal data nor can a website owner allow it to be posted. This is why all of your personal data is not accessible to the common user. GROW up guys... it's all about freedom of information... and it's only words. The moderator is expected to police his site and apply his own TOS. Thats why sites are allowed to ahve different TOS to suit the topic. | ||

I think its time I call on my IT buddy to trace these Rossi posts right down to the phone number of his computer and define the physical address of origination (Rossi, that means where you live). I will need some advice from a lawyer as to how I may get in trouble with information I come up with, i.e.: Will I get my butt in a sling if I post such information here, etc. I am sure there will be a good handfull of people here (and a few other groups outside of FChat)that would like to show up on this guys front porch. Ciao Dave... what makes me special its only known to my family and close friends, to you I am a nobody and really I dont care. Of course there is scum in all countries and races and worst of all maybe you are one of them and to tell you the truth I dont really care a bull's cojones or coglioni (in italian for you) about you. One of the many things I'm proud of is when I was 18 with a brand new 328gts that my father bought me (now thats a classy gift , neat eh)? so I could go to college and of all the sweet ass girls of many different countries including white trash and puerto rican scum and big black ass american girls all the way to the most of snob dady's little sweetheart, then I bought a Testarossa for bigger game, by the way I bought it 3 years ago with 9,000miles and now its got 31,000miles damn this car is great, its a lot of fun.Let me not change the subject I get easily out of hand. I didnt need the Ferrari to have girls or to show my wealth, but rather to race it and drive it hard every single day ,the way Enzo wanted it, the sweet ass came just as a bonus, I have to breath deep wow I remember Andrea the nice girl from iceland, do you see what I mean? G. Peters,,, you got me wrong, I was born in america cuban and puerto rican and both sides of my family are 100% from spain. Latin is for all that are latin blooded just like latino is the word for a male latin person, and that includes italians also. A famous batallion was the 65th of infantery in WWII and it was a batallion of puertoricans, I knew some old people that were gunners and ground soldiers that went to that war. In the viet nam war 1000's of puertoricans were killed, but still they dont get any respect fropm the general public. Also I dont know any of my cousins or other relatives that are in cuba or that end up in Russia or that died in all of the Russia's conflicts due that my father was cia and I cant tell more than that, when he got to u.s.a. back in '61 he didnt have a penny and thru hard work he became a very rich person in all aspects of life, not just in wealth. I hate racism and I hate people that think they are superior than others, but I do believe that there are better people than others. | ||

I would invite most of them to my home for a beer before I would let a superior ( I assume you are Latino ) person like yourself in . Lack of wealth does note equate to low class. Many of the people who post here have means and many have displayed their lack of class. Wealth does not earn you class. The men who landscape my property are not wealthy and they may not know how to conduct themselves in certain social setting's but in the years I have known them and their families have proven to be outstanding people of character. I may not like their music or customs and they may not like mine but I fully respect the struggles these people go thru. | ||

He is talking about the low class poor mexican americans, most of them are native american that speak a bad spanish because of the spaniards that discover and conquered them. There are many many mexicans that are white but they belong from the middle class to the richest and they dont need to move to the u.s.a. This people are proud to be mexicans even when they are mostly spanish,but also some are italian,portuguese, french, some german and from a lot more europeans countries, this people dont care of color or race, they are mexicans just like most americans are of european blood. The thing is that many people in the u.s.a. think that latin america or latin americans are indians or black with spanish blood mix, but that its not the case, hispanic means from spain or any of thier desendants as long as they are not mix. We white spanish people form cuba, puerto rico , south america, central america and north america are proud of our history, and we are the ones who discovered America and all europe and the rest of the world know it. Cristobal Colon was his name, in spanish and he wrote his diary and all logs in spanish. He was from genoa but back then italy didnt exist and more to the point most historians in europe believe that he was a jew. There is so much more but it will take years for you to catch up... | ||
