Tony, I'm with Bruce on this one. It seems like you start a lot of threads just for the Hell of it. A couple of these is okay, but you're at it non-stop. Try taking a break, read some of the other threads, and when you have something relevant to say or ask, then post it. If you continuously post just because you can, you'll continue to get the type of response you're getting. |

Tony, I'm curious about the point behind your question. Are you thinking of opening up a dealership? Did you recently have an issue with a dealership? Please provide more information so that we can better address your question. |

Kenny has a good point in differentiating between new and used. I would take it a step further and expect different things from low end and high end. Cheers |

Expectations from a new car purchase - free loaner car during service and warranty work.. Expectations from a used car purchase - late model vehicle still under original factory warranty, with CPO (certified pre-owned warranty) included in the purchase price.. free loaner car during service/warranty work, but I would be flexible if I found the right car I wanted at a good price without those perks.. If none of those perks were included in a used car purchase, I'd buy from an individual seller.. |

Oh no, Tony, I really, really hope this is not the start of more inane threads. I don't buy from dealers. They don't sell the kind of cars I like. And the mass-produced cars I do like, I buy used or through brokers. |

Mr.Wellington, You are being very antagonistic towards me. Are you trying to bait me? |

When you are buying a new or used car, what type of expectations do you have from the dealer? |
