Bought the video last week. I like the fact that
there were many Ferrari's and exotic cars featured, so, I enjoyed watching but I agree...bad examples!

"The expectation of the other driver doing the right thing is not there"

I know exactly what you mean. I never give another driver the benefit of a doubt that he/she knows what they are doing because i like having a dent free car.

Tim.. Agreed.. I never drive on the street as I did on the track. The expectation of the other driver doing the right thing is not there. But.. on the open road I have been known to push it a little.. but never in traffic.

"And thats what lifes all about... esp if you can afford it."

Will you still be saying this when one of the cars hits a minivan full of kids at those high speeds? If the drivers of the fast cars survive, they sure wont be able to afford that kind of fun anymore!

Agree eric.. Street racing has finally started to get attention from the cops in most cities. Here in s.w. Fla where the kids can run year round they cause way too much damamge.

The best part of the video is the attitude. They are all very laid back and fun loving. It becomes a them vs the cops thing very early on. They seem to also have a certain amount of skill and most are very comfortable at speed ( taking pictures from moving cars in traffic, weaving around traffic at insane speeds)Most of all they are just out to have fun. And thats what lifes all about... esp if you can afford it.

He's right. These guys were off the chain. Passing ON THE SHOULDER at what looks like 120+ mph. Guys on crotch rockets running from CHP's--and winning!!

It's actually embarassing to watch. It gives sports car drivers (us) a REALLY bad name, and makes you want to arrest some of the more egregious ones yourself.

John it is wild. Several of the players racked up over 7K in fines and many got arrested. The cops were stopping groups of cars at a time. the Ferrari count alone must be 40-50. The Porsche's seem to like to play follow the leader and one of the Three Ducati's tried to actually out run a trooper. BAd driving and dangerous stupid stunts.. but they have the time and the money so why not.

Apologies if it's come up before, but has anyone seen this? I heard about it and picked it up at Best Buy for $14. Some beautiful cars, but what a cavalier group of wealthy adrenaline junkies. They Gumball Rally across the U.S. and party every night. Still, it's fun to watch the cars involved.
