Hell, you can buy two shares of Sun Microsystems cheaper than Popcorn at a movie.

WAIT 2 WEEKS AND IT WILL BE ON TV. THE MOVIE WAS NOT WORTH THE COST OF THE POPCORN.

DRIVEN was OK, not great by a long shot, but u got to see Mario, Michael, Christian Fitipaldi, a few other drivers, Stallone, & some hot babes with Jumblies so it wasnt a total loss
Grand Prix with James Gardner, or WINNING with Paul Newman r both much better
LeMans with Steve McQueen is still the best #1 forever racing movie :)

If you want to see a good race movie rent Grand Prix or Le Mans, they are still the best race movies around IMHO.

Don't spend a dime on this piece of trash!
It's not worth a .99 rental. Poor acting, stupid who gets the girl story, crash scenes look like they were drawn, about as entertaining as stallones last picture, Get Carter. Quite possibly the worst movie of the summer.

It was fictional entertainment. My wife enjoyed it more than I. Does that make it a chick flick? The most unbelieveable part was when they jumped into two show cars and started them up and raced off. It was also the best part of the flick. Go figure.

I was one of the unfortunatel persons that actually paid to see the movie. Entertaining as it was, it was still, as Rob said, made for the audience with no true racing or even any kind of real world facts contained therein.

How about the rescue attempt in the car about to go up in flames? That chopper, hovering around 50 feet above certainly does blow those flames all over everyone.

The movie, was horrible, but on an entertainment value - I didn't look at my watch the entire time. Wait, I dont wear watches, but the cell phone keeps time so I didnt' look at that either.

/my two cents.

I'm waiting for another "Grand Prix" type movie. I just saw the original again a few weeks ago. It was good to see a lot of the drivers that aren't with us anymore.

$20 for a movie, ohhh... you and your two girlfriends.

True racing fans will be a little disappointed, but I just accepted that the movie was made for the general public and not me.

Hey, any racing movie is better than no racing movie.
