Allan, Here you are! I was digging for information for Lambos, and vola, found your posts again !! From the entries posted here, it seems that your Diablo SV is a better choice than the Murcielgao. Hmmm ... One thing is for sure - Diablos are certainly more popular than Murcielagos. A very important matter when it comes to parts. Do they have any supply problems with Lambo parts in the USA? The HK Ferrari Dealer told me that Lambos in HK often had difficulties with getting parts here, which was very off-putting. But of course you would expect that comment from a Ferrari dealer, wouldn't you? |

There was one event every year, always 1st week in February. It was a 1 or 2 day track event at Morosso, and then a car show in Delray Beach. Lots of Lambos would participate. Contact Jim Kaminski. |

Allan - When you resided in Florida, were there any Lamborghini track events specifically in south FL? Seems that a South Florida chapter of a Lambo club is needed here. I hope AZ is treating you well. |

The Se is a rare and wonderful car. I considered one before purchasing my Sv. Unfortunately it does not make for a good road car. The windows do not open(only tiny little slits), no power steering, and the brakes are too small. |

Also look for the Diablo SE. They were made in 94 and are lightweight. Lots of magnesium to lighten the car and they are very rare with a ton of HP. 2 are for sale right now. One in MO. and one in Cali at Al Burtoni. Ive driven the SV, 98 and it was smooth, powerful and tight. No cam belts to worry about. Go for it. |

Eli - the Murcielago is nothing more than a rebodied Diablo 6.0 - so although I have not driven a 6.0 I am confident in saying the Diablo 6.0 is: a doddle to drive, very friendly, quick, and reasonably comfy - the width will always cause problems and the visibility will too... car looks AWESOME too - (much better than Murcie IMO). Allan's Diablo, at a guess (never driven), is the wildest Lambo of the lot bar the GT...great, mad, bad machine. |

Anyone out there who has either owned one or currently owns a 2001 diablo 6.0. I currently have a 360 but always wanted a Diablo but have been taken back because of the reliability factor. Any feed back? is it a hard car to drive? all comments will be appreciated. |
