Hello T-HK,
In case you are interested, there is a copy of an Alfa History by Hull and Slater on Ebay. initial bid of $55. It is a 1960s book so none of the new stuff is in it but it is a good read and a collector book. The other book I like is Alfa Romeo-Always With Passion.

I can't really recommend any of the Lambo books that I actually have, as they're pretty much just coffee table books. There's an out-of-print book titled "The Complete Book of Lamborghini" by Peter Lyons that is still available from the usual sources for around $100. I've thought about buying it several times but just haven't. You might want to give it a try. Other than that, there's apparently not been an abundance of quality Lambo stuff published.

Wayne,

Any books like these for Lamborghinis? The early ones preferably (350, 400, Miura, or just pre-Countach)?

I got some of the Alfa books you recommended (3 in total). They were indeed very entertaining and I'm still reading through them.

Cheers

Cool, thanks Wayne!

I'll be contacting you soon about the Lambo...

Start with the "Illustrated Alfa Romeo Buyer's Guide" by Joe Benson. Then, when you're ready for more specific detail, try these:

Interested in purchasing a book on Alfas. Is there a comprehensive model guide type book offering specifications as well as history behind the engineering and production? I'm interested in just about all models except the modern ones.

Any particular books to avoid?

Cheers
