As I suspect everyone knows, it is not uncommon for a manufacturer to put into place service campaigns on existing vehicles. These are not recalls, and are typically items that are only fixed if a specific customer complains. I've come across two, and thought I would post them here. 1) Spyder only: for those who complain of poor radio reception, an aerial mast will be added on rear quarter panel (though mine has this and the reception still sucks). 2) Either: for those who complain of a squeeking/whistling noise at idle, some new parts (sorry for the lack of specificity at this point) will be installed which eliminates the problem. Anyone heard of any others? |
