Has anyone actually seen a car - I understand that one was at Pebble Beach for a private view. |

Frank, don't worry, if there are 3 seats, 3 headrest, the European law will not allow only 2 belts... I'm 100% sure the dark line is the third belt (never seen only two belts with one on the middle). It seems the rear headlights are not definitive. I cross my fingers :-) I think we will get much more information in the next days. Keep an eye on www.italiaspeed.com. Lionel |

Lionel, I see the darker line on the exterior side of the right rear seat that could be a shoulder belt. I hope so because I really love the way the car looks. |

If I look carefully, I see two exterior belts for the main rear seats and a right belt for the center rear seat, don't you ? Lionel ;-)

While it has three headrest in the rear I don't see a center seatbelt. Has anyone heard whether or not it will be a four or five passenger car ? I have my name on the list at FOA, but I can't use it unless it seats five. |

If the reports are true that it will be only offered with a cambio corsa that would be a big mistake. four door sedans in this class it seems to me must also offer a smoooooth 5 or 6 speed full automatic. Can't believe they can make the F-1 tranny acceptably smooth for the 100K sedan crowd. |

I have seen pictures in a much darker (blue) color that make the car look much better IMO. Like the currently available coupe and spyder, I am willing to bet the car looks much better in person. Anyway, I am going to reserve judgement until I see the thing in front of me. So far, though, I am not complaining. Jim, Where are you seeing the car? Will you be able to take/post pics? PS: How reliable is that website the original poster supplied? I see some interesting new information...

Nothing ... just another car , has absolutely no class about it. The last Quattroporte was a stunning design , and will be a classic amongst saloon cars. Pete |

What do you think about this new mas ? http://www.italiaspeed.com/news_2003/news_2003_111quattroporte.html I am not very enthusiastic, it is not feline as the Coupe, the rear is not as good as the front... globally not well balanced. Lionel |
