yeah, i have to agree with james on this one...the maser's GPS lady sounds HOT. My coupe should arrive in january and so by then i want to have a name for my car and my GPS lady.... so if any of you have a good italian name for the car and a good british name for the GPS lady, that would be great. thanks.

Is it just me or does Jim G seem entranced by the damn girl on the Maserati nav thing? :-)

I wonder if he has put a face with the name. Jim?

(just teasing)

The Nav system in my Wife's Turbo Cayanne got us from NY to Boston in one shot. It only needs 2 disks for the whole US. Very good system but the Maser voice is still sexier.

Jim, Is the Nav system in the Maser a DVD system or CD. Thats the one problem I have with mine. Both CD systems so I have multiple discs which make it impossible to plot out a long trip from home. You need to put in points where one cd ends and another begins and the system won't put it all together. By the way, what the hell is a Sultan of Swing?!

It really works. You punch in "Ritz Hotel Boston" as you pull out of your garage in NYC and a sexy British voice gently tells you to make a left at the next light and then turns up the vol on your Dire Straits CD.

I am with Jim,I wouldn't buy a new car without the nav system. Although in an exotic I don't know how usefull it would be.I use the system in my Arnage and Gwagen all the time.I guess I would still want it in a new exotic because if you need it its there if you don't, who cares. Whats another few G's at this price point!

Let me post a picture of my current ride. Oh by the way the car is extra. When the new one comes in I do plan to upload a few pictures. I think (hope) they will be better than "good".

Upload

LOL, how weird would that sound to a non exotic car owner who visited this site?? haha. i'm not sure Murci and Minimalist are suppose to go in the same sentence! but i know what you mean.

congrats on the car. post some good pics.

I just do not like them. I almost never use the car stereo either. I guess I am sort of a minimalist. When I am driving I concentrate on the fun of just driving, even if it is just the 'old Expedition

Why didn't you get GPS? I really like it in my Maser and my wife's Turbo Cayanne esp. at night.
The voice in the Maser is sexy F Brit better than P's.

We got the pearlescent yellow and a two tone black and saddle glove interior. We did not get the GPS option.

I ordered one from Lamborghini Atlanta and got a very fair price. It should be here in December. I cannot wait. 770-394-4234, Chris was the sales guy.

Adam,

You should be able to get one below MSRP.

The pricing is directly proportionate to how soon you want it. The sooner, the pricier. :-)

Cheers

i've been watching a number of the lambo dealers' sites, and there seem to always have 1 or 2 murcies ready to buy off the lot; and/or 1 or 2 incoming imminently.

no clue whether they're dealing, but i assume they'd rather NOT be carrying those interest costs.

i think it's smart of them to keep one or two on the lot, but i assume that means supply is just a tad ahead of demand.

doody.

I have spoken to a couple of dealers about a new Murci with E-Gear. They have both told me that I can have one for MSRP. Are they likely to go below MSRP?, or do they usualy not move on price?. I have no experience buying a new Lambo, but with only having to wait a few months for a new vehicle I assume that they are not in very high demand.

Any comments, help would be appreciated.

Adam
