Download a demo of PrintShopPro (PSP). It will let you resize no problem. Also you can you it forever just wait until the nag message leaves the screen.. |

Hmmm, difficult one to answer.
If you have a package like Adobe or Photoshop you will be able to resize the picture ... but it is not the easiest thing to do. Well for me anyway.
Also try saving the picture as a jpeg (*.jpg) as this is the smallest file format (currently) for pictures I believe.
