We all agree, MoreSpeed has become my local Ferrari mechanic, although for things like a 30K, I still send my car back to FoHouston.

Gents - Thanks very much, good to know there is someone around who can handle what I can't.

Dave - I am indeed interested in becoming a part of the local FCA group. I happened across the write up from Saturday's meeting at Crescent City on 6th - looked like a great time. My email address is: [email protected]. Please do include me on your list and, in the mean time, I'll get official with FCA.
The car arrives tonight, so I hope to join up with y'all soon!

Moorespeed has worked on my 348, and done a great job. I would not hesitate to have David and John do anything to the car.

Phil,
I have an '85 Euro 308QV here in Austin. When it comes time that mine will need work that I can't handle, I'll take it to Moorespeed. We had a Ferrari-Porsche gathering at Moorespeed awhile back and I was impressed with the place. I had a chance to talk with their guy who works on Ferraris. Sounded like he knew what he was talking about. Another Ferrari owner also spoke with him and he was favorably impressed as well. There was also a Euro 308 there that was owned by one of the guys at Morespeed and he was going to have his car worked on there.
Hope to see you at one of the get togethers here. We had a breakfast gathering this last Saturday and had a great turnout.

Phil, try Moorespeed.

Also, we have a fairly active Ferrari community here in Austin, with monthly breakfasts, etc. I am Pres. of the local FCA chapter, and I sort of organize these. Post an email address, and I will add you to my list, if you'd like!

I'm in Austin, anxiously awaiting delivery of a gorgeous grigio 308QV.
Does anyone in the area know of a qualified service organization in town? At 23K mi and the 30K service done, I hope not to need one real soon, but...

Thank you,
phil
