The reason the building is by itself and off about a 1/4mi from the tollway is that Mr Risi bought the land 10 years ago, so I guess he expected more nice buildings out there. The present location is simply falling apart, so BMW gets it back. |

It's on (or just off) Plano Pkwy WEST of the tollroad (1/4 to 1/2 mile). I've traveled east on Plano Pkwy from the tollroad a million times... been west from the tollroad maybe twice. There's really not much out there heading towards Midway Rd.
I used to live north of Midway and Parker.... far west Plano. Nine yrs in that house. I could have pushed my car down there for service! |

I drove by the other day... looks really nice. Sure seems off the beaten path though, doesn't it? You'd think they'd build it on the tollroad and have more exposure... like The Porsche Store. |

Any word on when Ferrari is opening it's new store in Plano? I thought it was Sept 2002. Is FCA-DFW going to do anything with them? |
