Sorry to hear that Greg. At least it wasn't a $25k engine or $20k trans! You got off eazy. [cough cough] I would be interested to hear the exact cause and effects or if it really was just a bad clutch. Did the cable break causing the clutch to break? Interesting stuff no less.

Thanks for the update.

Got the word on the 250 today, it needs a clutch. $1,900 parts plus estimated 16 hours labor. If things go well the labor cost might go down. And for the good news my '84 LandCruiser that I was afraid had a seized motor only needed a $163 starter. Note to self-Drive the LandCruiser, look at the Ferrari:-).

We all continue to wonder what Jennie see's in Rob. She's so nice, and he's such a wild man. I actually think Rob DOES call Greg S "Jennie" after too many beers. The sad thing is, Greg responds! :-)

Well, that many Humperdink beers and I'll start calling everyone Jennie. Just shake me off if I start humping your leg.

I made the mistake and was on the Coors calibration, geez, talking about Ferrari speedometers not being accurate.

I was in the "dog" house until Saturday night. She kept saying "You and Greg are just crazy and wild!". It didn't help things when I asked what was wrong with being crazy and wild? Jennie is way too good, someone has to balance the household out.

I barely remember paying our tab. Stephanie had 8 Beam&Cokes, and she was just fine. I don't know how she does that. Rob, she does remember you paying your tab. You're right about their beer. I love Humperdinks, but it will kick your arse if you're not careful. I went over my calibrated Humperdinks limit by 50% and paid the price.

Stef had a good time hanging out with everyone. Glad we finally got to meet Jennie, I was starting to wonder if that was your nickname for Greg S!

Oh ya, Rob, I filled out your credit card receipt and Greg Scott signed your name. That was right after your wife got done making out with Mary! Did you remember that? Just Kidding, Sorry Jenny!

Hey Rob, The "Hottie" that Ron's wife brought over was Mary. Just thought you would like to know her name.

Hey Ron, Your wife is cool...maybe she should go out with us more often. You're lucky...a very classy woman with some guts!

Note to self: No RBA's in my car, only SMA's. Does anybody know any SM's?

Jim-The problem was due to the RBA (Rob's Big Ass) in the passenger's seat which upset the classical, simplistic lines of the PF Coupe and caused the car to quit just out of principle. I had promised it a SMA (Super Model Ass) and it was dissapointed. Anyway, hope its just a clutch cable but I didn't check on it today.

Yes and I believe you still overpaid too. Not only did I wake up with no CC receipts, but that extra cash too! Woo hoo.

Hey Rob-Just in case beer-nesia set in I paid you my portion before I left. If you found an extra wad of money in your pocket you might owe that to however ended up with the tab.

I usually don't get that drunk so quick. I think the micro brews were packing a wallop. Of course they were 32 oz, we were there from 6:30 to 11 and I had hardly any food. I need to stick with Coors lights, I don't know if I've ever been drunk on water.

Who paid the tab? Did Greg Scott pick it up or was everything divided? Do I owe anyone money? I woke up with my credit card, I just don't remember signing anything.

Star of the night goes to Stephanie, Ron's wife, for walking over and bringing back the cutie a few of us were gawking at.

Rob,

Ditto, no worries. We took care of everything after you had to leave. Hope Greggie didn't experience any technical difficulties.

Congrats on your first Ferrari Rudy! It's a great car.

We had a better turnout than I thought we would have. At one point or another we had Greg B., Greg S., Ron R., Jim E., Dan, and Jeff.

Ron and Dan, sorry I had to take off from the last location right after we had just paid the cover. Jennie called that FC was down and I get pretty worried about my "kid". I owe you.

I wish I could have made it, but we didn't get done with the paperwork on the 355 until pretty late. It was good meeting some of you from the board at Norwoods. Maybe next time :-)

Sounds good Greg and the other "Red Head" Greg confirmed he'll be there probably after 5 when we're already at Humperdinks. I haven't had Jeff call me today yet... well, take that back. Jeff just called as I was typing this message. He's just now at the dyno and that will take at least two hours. I still plan on going to Norwoods at 4, but it sounds like that between Greg Scott and Jeff that the final meet up won't be until after 5 at Humperdinks. Call me if anyone needs the latest status.

Ok, here's the deal, it's final...

Friday 4-5 pm at Norwoods

After that we'll meet at Humperdinks across Loop 12 for drinks, a little food, and maybe some pool. Last weekend when Greg, Jennie, and I were there it was Super Models night, so maybe we'll be that lucky again.

My cell is ***-***-****.

Who can make it? Looks like myself, Jeff, and probably Greg Scott. I sent James an email inviting him and any employees.
